Who you're buying from

Pumpkin Lights is made and sold by Boyucheng Zhang, an independent developer ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

What you get

A one-time purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pumpkin Lights on Macs that you own or control, including its updates. There is no subscription.

What you may not do

Don't redistribute, resell or share the app or its download link, and don't remove its notices. Reverse engineering is not permitted except where the law allows it regardless of this restriction.

The app's actions

Pumpkin Lights can change system settings you choose (such as Dark Mode), open apps, and run Shortcuts or shell commands that you configure. You are responsible for the actions and commands you set up.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Refunds

Refunds are available in the cases described in the Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
