When we refund

Pumpkin Lights is a low-priced app delivered instantly, so purchases are final once downloaded — except within 14 days of purchase if: the app doesn't run on your Mac and we can't fix it after you contact us; you were charged twice for the same purchase; or you paid but never received the app. In those cases you get a full refund.

Before you buy

Check the requirements first: a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 14 Sonoma or later.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your order number, or look up your order at paddle.net. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes all refunds and may also issue them under its own buyer terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Under Paddle's buyer terms, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once you start downloading or using it.

When you'll see it

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Please delete the app — the licence ends when the purchase is refunded.
